Payment of a deposit of 50% of the agreed amount within 3 working days is the confirmation of the reservation and at the same time acceptance of the Regulations. The remaining amount will be settled on the spot, on the day of arrival, in cash.

The down payment is non-refundable, unless the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days before the planned start of the stay. In this case, 50% of the amount paid is refundable. The down payment is returned in full if the service is not provided due to the fault of the property.

The check-in starts at 4 p.m. on arrival day and the check-out ends at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

When possible and by prior arrangement with the host, early check-in and late check-out is possible.
